IBG Monforts PTFE spray systems can be used to feed liquid or gaseous media into containers or columns. The distribution of the medium in the container can be optimized according to the design.
PTFE spray systems can be used both for feeding materials into the process and for cleaning containers. With high temperature and chemical resistance, IBG Monforts spray systems are designed to remain permanently in the container. This means that continuous installation and removal, for example when cleaning the container, is not required.
All components, e.g. PTFE spray rings, spray nozzles (static or rotating), flange connection or tube guides, can be adapted to nearly all customer requirements.
As standard, our spray systems are available in PTFE pure white, electrically conductive PTFE, glass fibre-reinforced PTFE (all with FDA approval), and specialist PTFE materials.
Our spray systems can be supplied with a wide variety of possible connections (flange connections). When connecting to glass systems and steel or steel/enamel systems, a range of different manufacturing variants are available.
