The IBG Monforts Fluorkunststoffe GmbH & Co. KG is a subsidiary of the IBG Monforts GmbH & Co., which was established in 1955. Our employees and many years of experience in the field of fluoroplastics guarantee a maximum competence in the manufacturing of all products. A large number of hydraulic presses allow production of semi finished products with dimensions of some millimeters up to 1,300 mm in diametre, and also square formats with side lengths of 1,250 mm x 1,250 mm.
IBG Monforts Gleitlagertechnik GmbH & Co. KG is one of the market leaders
for development, construction and manufacture of PTFE friction bearings.
The favourable friction properties of PTFE (polytetrafluorethylene) were
already applied 40 years ago for the construction of modern bridge bearings.
For this purpose, comprehensive research was perfomed, in which IBG Monforts
Gleitlagertechnik participated at an early stage. Based on this knowledge,
we have developed an entire range of variable friction bearings precisely
adjusted for diverse applications.
Our employees have a host of experience and are characterized by their professional

The IBG Monforts Surface Technology GmbH & Co. KG belongs since 50
years to the worldwide leading companies in fluoropolymer applications. Founded
